Mr Simon Radley talks Sutton Coldfield press about Bowel problems
Mr Simon Radley featured in the "Consultants's Corner" of local Sutton Coldfield newspaper, The Sutton Observer discussing how bowel conditions can affect anyone, at any time, hightlighting the importance of seeking rapid assessment, investigation and treatment.
The article highlighted that some of the symptoms requiring investigation include:
- Rectal bleeding
- Changes in bowel habit, including constipation or diarrhoea
- Abdominal pains
- Anal Pain
- Anal incontinence
Mr Radley discussed how the Birmingham Bowel Clinic specialises in minimally invasive Laparascopic surgery (also known as keyhole surgery) for diseases affecting the bowel- whether benign or malignant, as well as bowel cancer screening.
