Jennifer Wall

 Dear Mr Ismail

I would like to thank you and all the staff at the Priory Hospital for the superb care and attention given to my son Matthew during his recent illness.
His pre and post operative care on the wards of The Priory, Birmingham was excellent. The kindness shown by the nursing staff was so thoughtful and patient. It was particularly nice for him to have a male nurse, Martin, who helped at a particularly difficult and potentially embarrassing period in his recovery, which he delivered very quietly and with tact.
I must say how thoughtful and friendly the cleaning ladies were towards all of us making sure we were all as comfortable as possible. They had seen Matthew in both inpatient wards and seemed genuinely pleased to see him progressing and recovering.
Matthew also mentioned how reassuring the anaesthetist was both before and post operatively, he found that most helpful. Perhaps you would thank him for us.
Most particularly I would like to thank you for your skill and attention to detail. Matthew was very ill and I know the surgery was not easy, thank you. With your and Dr Iqbal’s regular reassurance and support particularly in the first week post operatively it did help him to cope with the recovery, you were both so kind.
Matthew returned to work on 7th September. He is making excellent progress thanks to you all.

With very best wishes

Mr Ismail, I wanted to thank you for performing the HALO procedure last June. You cannot imagine the difference it has made to my life. I had been suffering with Haemorrhoids for more than twenty years. ”
