Dear Mr Radley
I just want to write you a short note to communicate my appreciation to you and your staff for the excellent service with which you provided me with during my recent visits for consultation and day surgery.
Being a very inexperienced patient as myself it truly helps when staff are considerate in their approach. I found it a very relaxing and informative environment that you and your staff provided me with during my time in your care.
For my day surgery appointment, I was treated at The Priory Hospital. The entire staff at the hospital were very helpful from the moment I entered the building; very polite and caring.
The service and information provided throughout my day was excellent.

I believe that the set up provided for me was best in what I could have hoped for and would highly recommend it to anyone that I meet.
Once again, thank you Mr Radley for a job well done and please pass my gratitude to every one of your support staff.
