The Priory Hospital's excellent patient satisfaction feedback results announced

The Birmingham Bowel Clinic's main clinical base- BMI The Priory Hospital, Edgbaston announced it's ‘superb’ new patient satisfaction figures at the end of December 2011. 

The patient satisfaction figures, independently compiled by Howard Warwick Associates Ltd showed almost 100 per cent approval ratings in four key areas at the hospital. Almost 4,400 patients were participated in a questionaire between October 2010 and September 2011, where the results showed 99.8% of patients were impressed with their surgeon or physician, with the same number saying they had been treated “with respect and dignity”.

Quality of care received best results from 99.3% of former patients who were questioned,  while the same amount of patients said they would recommend the hospital to others.
